Stephen

I've just come across another blog post relevant to yours: http://www.ere.net/blogs/improving_the_recruiting_experience/65E38281483A4490AF4B1874A6AA92B6.asp

Why do recruiters continue to get it wrong?

Hewitt have done a great job with a great site using the KISS principle (keep it simple stupid) - graduates spend hours trying to navigate through sites just to see if the company has a graduate program and they loose interest very quickly if they cant find what they are looking for. Well done Hewitt and its good to see video streaming technology being used effectively.

Sounds like a cool concept. I saw something similar on Facebook a while back too. Our company has generated something similar in which you can view your networked connections within our company profiles for free....

He appears to have turned up in the comments of a number of blogs with identical copy which never relates to the post it is attached to. My question would be, do any of us want to pay $649 to a company that is relying on automated link spam for its marketing strategy!

Yep Andy it is a bit steep, I have to admit I prefer the grab button, which you can add contact details straight into outlook and is free from Linkedin.

In some ways it defeats the concept of what Linkedin is trying to achieve, it wouldn't surprise me if Linkedin develop something to stop this kind of software crawling the site.

We shall see

Stephen,
Like you he commented on one of my posts with this. A great concept, but at $649 I am not sure that they have pitched the price right! I wont be investing in it at that price!!

Lou - Nice post and I think part of wisdom is the ability to simplify the complex. Your answer is both wise and the essence of good recruiting.

I'll be happy to share my 10 Big Biller Secrets (there is no secret as you point out :) to anybody who drops me note or visits the www.BigBiller.org Web site and registers.

Well done Lou!
