Battle Between Two Recruitment Consultancies
When will companies ever learn, I know we all have seen this before, yet again another two recruitment consultants are in the press again fighting over data protection. It still amazes me how companies still do not adequately protect themselves against data fraud, It has happened to me on both sides of the fence.
The only advice I can give is you need to get someone in to really shore up your systems, because I can guarantee one of your consultants will steal your data. Having said that I used Arithon, which is a web based system and just by its nature is more secure. It is always hardest at the start when you haven’t the cash to invest in protection, maybe the route it to keep your consultants happy so they do not leave!
