Our approach however has been to concentrate like a laserbeam on commercial property and construction and to only engage with practitioners with demonstrable experience &amp; networks in that area. From a quick look at mypeoplebiz ours is a more &quot;closed shop&quot; than their &quot;open shop&quot;.

Anyway, good luck to mypeoplebiz. We are certainly finding that the word is spreading in commercial property and we are gaining access to great people - the otherwise really difficult to access people.
