NEWS RELEASE – BraveNewTalent.com Networks with Facebook

Graduate recruitment service rolls out site updates and social network integration

www.BraveNewTalent.com, the revolution in graduate recruitment, today announces its integration into the most popular social networks in use today. BraveNewTalent.com’s innovative service is now fully accessible within Facebook and plans are in place to reach into other key online communities imminently. Further updates to the service support the search for One Young World delegates, and provide valuable tools to aid discovery and relationship-building with people or companies of interest.

The social network integration now in place allows individuals and employers to experience the full BraveNewTalent.com service without leaving the Facebook website, at the same time as extending the business’ direct reach out to Facebook’s 175 million members. Registering, building profiles and seeking out contacts and connections that support future aims is conducted in exactly the same way as on the core dotcom service.

“Ensuring a full service is available to members and interested parties, wherever they reside online, is an important factor for any online business today;” commented Lucian Tarnowski, Founder & CEO of BraveNewTalent.com. “With this update, we are ensuring that graduates all over the world can now easily and comprehensively network with Employers of interest regardless of a company’s direct social network activity.”

‘Crowd-sourcing’ or mass, user-driven recommendation, is an important online trend that is now also incorporated into the heart of the BraveNewTalent.com process via its ratings system. Used both for the members themselves, but also important initiatives such as One Young World, this simple but effective function of the platform enables all members to provide feedback and quality rankings. These ratings then automatically provide a method for drawing out and short-listing the very best Employer or Talent profiles within the BraveNewTalent.com network.

This feature enables BraveNewTalent.com to commence the selection process for One Young World delegates, which will ultimately bring together 1500 young people from 192 countries for a summit in London in February 2010. Supported by a team of global figures including Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Bob Geldof and Kofi Annan, the initiative plans to develop a global resource of leadership and ideas to tackle some of the biggest challenges faced by the world today. All members of BraveNewTalent.com can now propose potential delegates and provide valuable feedback, information and quality rankings for those already put forwards.

One Young World, founded by Euro RSCG Worldwide, the global advertising network, has partnered with BraveNewTalent.com to source and select the delegates using its innovative recruitment-based social networking service. To provide an additional channel for engagement and conversation, One Young World’s registration service is now also available as a separate entity within the Facebook social network.

Talent (individuals) and Employers can now register for free on www.BraveNewTalent.com, www.Facebook.com and imminently www.MySpace.com and www.Bebo.com to build their online profile using the simple, intuitive tools. Profiles include detailed, fully searchable information on skills and industries, educational qualifications, interests, names and locations providing both broad and highly specific routes to finding people or companies of interest. A full service free trial is currently available to Employers wishing to engage direct with their future Talent in advance of the annual subscription pricing structure.
