Specialist construction and civil engineering supplier chooses Datum RPO to provide its complete recruitment solutions
A three-year total recruitment solutions contract with construction and civil engineering group Britannia valued at £3m has helped Datum RPO to make 2015 a record-breaking year.
The deal with Britannia follows a string of blue chip wins for Datum including VINCI PLC and Norland Managed Services (CBRE).
Datum was awarded the contract with Britannia following a thorough evaluation procedure that included implementing a recruitment process that was both robust and streamlined, as well as ensured legal compliance and the use of highly cost-effective resourcing methods. Worth approximately £1m per annum, the outsourcing solution involves Datum RPO managing Britannia’s suppliers of permanent and temporary resource on a vendor neutral basis.
