HERE’S your chance to cheer on your Formula One heroes at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix courtesy of Randstad.

The specialist recruiter, and official partner of the Williams F1® Team, has put together a superb prize package for the winner of the Randstad Workout. The prize includes tickets to the 2013 Etihad Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in the United Arab Emirates, a Williams F1® Team  experience, inclusive of pit lane and garage tour, business class flights on British Airways and accommodation at the 5* Shangri-La hotel for six nights in the Dubai sunshine.

The 21-turn Yas Marina Circuit, which measures 5.5 kilometres, is built on a man-made island just off the east coast ofAbu Dhabi.  It’s one of Formula One’s few floodlight night races and the only day-night race on the Formula One calendar.

The winners of the competition will lap up the fantastic atmosphere as Williams’ drivers Pastor Maldonado – winner of the 2012 Spanish Grand Prix – and Valtteri Bottas who qualified 3rd in the Canadian Grand Prix earlier this season, race against the rest of the grid in front of thousands of petrol head fans.

For your chance to win, simply log onto www.randstad.co.uk/workout and take part in Randstad’s Workout, an online competition that challenges you to develop your decision-making, judgement and awareness through engaging drills that help improve your mental agility.

The drills use Eye Gym technology, which was devised by visual skills coach Dr Sherylle Calder to improve the concentration, decision making and ability to process information of elite athletes.  The software’s training drills have been used by sportsmen including Williams F1® Team driver Valtteri Bottas andEnglandrugby hero Johnny Wilkinson, South African rugby superstar Bryan Habana and 2012 British Open Golf Champion Ernie Els to improve their performance.

The competition is open to anyone interested in improving their decision making skills and will run until 18th October 2013, withUK residents eligible to win.

Mark Bull, UK CEO of Randstad, said: “Randstad’s Workout drill is designed to sharpen your ability to process information.  Using it for 5 minutes a day can boost concentration and improve decision making.  That makes the skills it develops crucial to the performance and careers of the best candidates, elite athletes and recruiters as well as people preparing for interviews – anyone striving to be better, faster and smarter than the competition.”
